Brand Ambassador
We’re looking for enthusiastic beer lovers to bring the Community Beer experience to fans across DFW. The ideal candidate is outgoing, fun-loving, and never met a stranger they couldn’t strike up a conversation with, and they LOVE talking BEER! This is a part-time position, with weekend availability preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for visiting a variety of Community Beer Co. accounts across DFW and participating in beer samplings and craft beer-related events and festivals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Passion and appreciation for craft beer
• Fundamental knowledge of beer styles and Community Beer Co. products
• Dependable transportation
• TABC Certified

Shift Brewer
We are looking for a detail-oriented brewer with a passion for craft beer to join our brewing team! This is a full-time position. Production brewing experience is a requirement for this position. Opportunity for advancement within the brewing department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reports to Brewmaster & Head Brewers.
- Brews multiple batches simultaneously.
- Maintain quality & integrity of CBC recipes.
- CIP/SIP of brewhouse & fermenters.
- Manages milling & liquor tank levels.
- Ensure cleanliness of the brewery & brewhouse.
- Own assigned tasks and communicate irregularities with Head Brewers.
Ideal candidates are expected to:
- Be able to stand, stoop, crouch, kneel, work in confined areas, lift 55lbs repeatedly, walk up and down stairs during 8 hour shifts.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the brewing process.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, SOP’s & wear proper PPE.
- Be prompt to arrive to work on scheduled times.
- Have a super positive attitude!
Qualifications:
- One year minimum brewing experience in a production facility.
- High School Diploma or GED, a brewing degree is plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation

Packaging Technician (All Shifts – Morning, Mid, & Night)
We are looking for a motivated, passionate team player to join our packaging & production division! This is a full-time position. Brewery-related work experience is a plus, but not required. Opportunity for advancement within the production department. These positions will require working on weekends.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to Packaging Shift Lead and Head Brewers
- Safe & efficient operation of Packaging Equipment
- Readying packaged product for warehouse transfer
- Maintains organization of production warehouse & packaging materials
- Owns assigned tasks and maintains an open line of communication with superiors and the CBC brewing team
- Ability to work night shift hours
Expectations:
- Able to stand, stoop, crouch, kneel, and work in confined areas, repeatedly lift 55 lbs. on a regular basis, and walk up & down stairs throughout an 8 hour shift.
- Dependable & motivated
- Previous experience working in packaging or manufacturing
- Certified forklift operator a plus
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Must be hardworking and detail-oriented
- Ability to operate effectively as a member of a growing team
- Possess excellent organization and communication skills
- Availability to work on overnight/ rotating schedule as needed
- Passion and appreciation for craft beer

Dishwasher (Kitchen)
Community Beer Co. is searching for a motivated and passionate beer lover to maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes, and assist in kitchen operational flow. The ideal candidate will keep the dish area free of clutter, including but not limited to dish machines, sinks, and maintaining clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to thoroughly clean and sanitize soiled dishes in a high volume environment
- Keeps dish area and chemical storage organized
- Sets up / and or breaks down and cleans dish machine daily
- Willingness to help with food prep as needed
- Utilizes chemicals appropriately for necessary jobs
Expectations:
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and best practices
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume kitchen (experience with catering is a plus)
- Food handler certification
- Commitment to quality
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail are a MUST

Line Cook
Community Beer Co. is searching for a highly-skilled, motivated, and passionate beer and food lover to assist in prepping, cooking, and setting up to quality guidelines and standards. Will assist with grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Consistently produce quality food items in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Accurately follow recipes and prep procedures for service and catering requests
- Execute opening and/or closing procedures
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to cross-train on multiple stations and roles
Expectations:
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume kitchen (experience with catering is a plus)
